To register on TripToAussie.com, you must agree to the terms and conditions
below by ticking the box on the user registration form. We have the right to
change these terms and conditions at any time, but must give you 30 days notice
of doing so. Your registered email address will be used to contact you in
circumstances like this.
We reserve the right to remove you from our database at any time without
notification or justification for our actions.
On request we will provide you with an email of all of your data being held on
our servers.
We will obide by the Data Protection Act 1984, your data will:
Be kept secure, data will be only visible to those who you share your password
with and any of the management team.
Be processed fairly and lawfully.
Be held for the specified purpose
Not be used for any reason incompatible with its original purpose.
Be relevant and adequate for its purpose.
Not be kept longer than necessary
Submitting Reviews
When submitting reviews, you agree to use no language violent, abusive, obscene
or sexually explicit in nature. Should we find such content, we reserve the
right to remove the content, the review and your account.
Adding photographs
TripToAussie.com takes no responsibility for the content of Photographs which
are uploaded to your reviews. However, should such photographs be discovered
containing content such as pornography or illegal items/activities, we reserve
the right to remove the photograph and the account.
Clauses
Clause 1 - The ruling of the Data Protection Act 1984 which will not be
followed is "Data must be kept accurately and up-to-date", this is up to you to
keep accurate.
Clause 2 - If for any reason data is corrupted, hacked into, or changed
without permission, by someone other than an employee or manager of
TripToAussie.com, some of the Data Protection Act 1984 rulings may be classed
void.
Clause 3 - Data will be kept on our servers for as long as you want,
your data will not be removed, unless you request it to be removed, or you
break any of our terms of service rules
